Satisfaction Survey

Service Members and DoD civilians who move are given the opportunity to complete web-based customer satisfaction surveys to measure the performance of their movers. This survey provides you with the unique opportunity to influence the quality of future moves by rating companies such as AMNW.

The survey process is simple. At the end of your move, you will be asked to assess your move on the SDDC website, using an assigned Id and password established during the move process.

The following sets forth the questions on the survey that pertain to the services AMNW will provide.

Section II: The Transportation Service Provider (i.e. American World Forwarders, Inc.)

  1. Evaluate services provided at origin such as the quality of packing, labeling, and organizing of the packing crew:

    Excellent (12 pts)
    Good (9 pts)
    Satisfactory (6 pts)
    Poor (3 pts)
    Unsatisfactory (0 pts)

  2. Evaluate services provided at origin such as the care, courtesy, and attitude of the loading crew:

  3. Evaluate how satisfied you were with the timeliness of the pickup of your personal property by the Transportation Service Provider (the mover).

  4. Evaluate services provided at destination such as the care, courtesy, attitude of the crew, unloading, and unpacking.

  5. Evaluate how satisfied you were with the timeliness of the delivery of your personal property by the Transportation Service Provider (the mover).

  6. Evaluate your overall satisfaction with the moving company's timeliness, courtesy, professionalism, and responsiveness in all phases of your move from first contact through delivery, including any follow-up.
